How to master power talking, the language of success
By George R. Walther

Author, George Walther, has been teaching audiences and readers around the world how they can make simple word and phrase transformations that make all the difference in their personal success outcomes. This newly re-published volume is an update of his earlier book Power Talking: 50 Ways to Say What You Mean and Get What You Want.

Whether you're phoning a prospective client, heading off to a social engagement with friends, calming an upset customer, or negotiating a pay raise with your boss, you will get more out of what you want by using Walther's tips.

Here are two Walther examples:

  1. Each time you begin to say "I'll have to," substitute a phrase that shows you'll be glad to. Notice the difference it makes in your own mood and in others' attitudes towards cooperating with you.

Instead of saying, "I'll have to do it."
Say, "I'll be glad to do it."

  2. Tell yourself and everyone else what you will do, not what you'll try to do.

Instead of saying, "I'll try to do it."
    Say, "I will do it."

Notice the difference these phrases make.

Walthers advice is simple and very easy to use. This book deserves all its rave reviews.
